Welcome to KOL.Network (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). Before using our services, please carefully read the following Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Overview

KOL.Network is a blockchain-based platform for task publishing and completion. Users can:

Publish tasks and set rewards
Claim and complete tasks published by other users
Earn USDT rewards by completing tasks
Use Web3 wallets for payments and withdrawals

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following conditions:

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have a valid Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask)
Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Not be prohibited from using the Platform services

3. Accounts and Wallets

3.1 Wallet Connection

You need to connect a Web3 wallet to use Platform services. Your wallet address will serve as your unique identity on the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your wallet private keys and seed phrases. We cannot access or recover your private keys. The Platform is not liable for any losses caused by the disclosure or loss of your private keys.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your wallet address. If you discover any account abnormalities, please contact customer support immediately.

4. Task Publishing Rules

4.1 Task Content Requirements

Published task content must not:

Violate laws and regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
Contain false or misleading information
Involve pornography, violence, gambling, or other inappropriate content
Spread spam or malware
Involve money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities

4.2 Payment Methods

Task publishers can choose the following payment methods:

Cash Tasks: Full USDT payment to the smart contract is required at the time of publishing
Credit Tasks: No payment is required at publishing; rewards are paid after cashing out the credit

4.3 Task Cancellation

Cash tasks can be cancelled at any time, with funds for incomplete tasks refunded
Credit tasks with completed tasks require publishers to cash out and pay rewards for completed portions
Credit tasks with no completed tasks can be cancelled for free

5. Task Completion Rules

5.1 Task Claiming

Users must connect their wallet before claiming tasks
The number of claims per task is set by the publisher
Task requirements should be carefully read before claiming

5.2 Task Submission

Users must complete and submit task materials before the deadline
Submitted materials must be authentic, accurate, and complete
False information or cheating methods are prohibited

5.3 Task Verification

Automatic Verification: API tasks are automatically executed and verified upon claiming
Manual Verification: Requires administrator manual review of task completion

5.4 Reward Distribution

Cash tasks distribute rewards immediately upon verification (minus 5% fee)
Credit tasks place rewards in pending status after verification, awaiting publisher cash-out
Pending rewards are credited immediately after credit cash-out

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Platform Fee

The Platform charges a 5% fee on all task rewards. For example, if a task reward is 10 USDT, the user receives 9.5 USDT.

6.2 Gas Fees

All blockchain transaction gas fees (including payments and withdrawals) are borne by users.

6.3 Credit Cash-Out

When publishers cash out credits, they must pay the full reward amount (including completed and incomplete portions).

6.4 Withdrawals

Users can request withdrawals at any time. Withdrawal amounts will be transferred to your wallet address. Withdrawal time depends on blockchain network conditions.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you must not:

Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools for malicious order manipulation
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent activities
Publish fake tasks or submit false completion materials
Interfere with or disrupt normal Platform operations
Steal account or wallet information from others
Circumvent Platform security measures
Engage in any form of money laundering or fraud

Users who violate these provisions will be suspended or permanently banned from Platform services, and the Platform reserves the right to freeze related funds.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All Platform content (including but not limited to text, images, code, design) is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you publish on the Platform (such as task descriptions, screenshots), but you grant the Platform the right to use this content to provide and improve services.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Services Provided "As Is"

We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but Platform services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties.

9.2 Third-Party Services

The Platform may involve third-party services (such as Twitter, blockchain networks). We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party services.

9.3 Investment Risks

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and risky. You should understand and assume the risks associated with using cryptocurrencies. The Platform does not provide investment advice.

9.4 Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for declaring and paying relevant taxes according to the laws of your jurisdiction. The Platform is not responsible for user tax matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability does not exceed the total fees you paid to the Platform in the 6 months prior to the dispute
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions)

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Task Disputes

If you dispute task verification results, you can contact customer support to appeal. We will review based on submitted materials and evidence.

11.2 Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Platform's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

11.3 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes should be submitted to a court or arbitration institution with jurisdiction in the Platform's location.

12. Service Changes and Termination

12.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

12.2 Account Termination

You may stop using Platform services at any time. If you violate the Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate your account.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

After account termination, you can still withdraw remaining funds from your account. However, you will not have access to other Platform features.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update the Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform and marked with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updates, please stop using the services.

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
